- Unless otherwise specified, elementalstore.com will do its best efforts to ship all merchandise within two business days of purchase. Delivery estimates are good faith estimates only. Elementalstore.com will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. We cannot ship to post office boxes. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise purchased passes to you upon our delivery of the merchandise to the carrier.

- Returns & Replacements
- Merchandise purchased from elementalstore.com may be returned for elemental credit only, within 15 days of purchase, and only if accompanied by original receipt and in products original condition and packaging. Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise we are unable to replace. Returns must be authorized by a store manager and must be accompanied by a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) code. This code can be obtained by contacting the store by phone or email and must be displayed on the mailing label and on returning receipt.
